I call our sunroom tree our rustic glam tree and it’s one of my favorites. Do you have themes for your Christmas trees? I get so giddy for all of the different decorating options so instead of picking just one, I pick like ten πŸ₯΄ This way I don’t have one tree with a smorgasbord of stuff and I can fully embrace how much I love each different tree.Β

Our sunroom is one of my favorite rooms in our house. I love our view of wide open space because it feels like we are right out in nature. We have a bit of a rustic glam vibe going on in this room, we kept it pretty simple and let the view out the windows steal all of the glory.

I wanted the Christmas tree in this room to blend a bit as well. Up until last year we have always had real trees. There’s nothing like a beautiful, fresh cut Christmas tree! But, there’s also nothing like the month of allergy issues that come along with having that beautiful, fresh cut Christmas tree, or in my case, multiple beautiful, fresh cut Christmas trees!Β So, I found these amazing, artificial trees that have such a real look. I love the way this tree fits in this room, it subtly blends but also pops a bit.

Our sunroom ceiling is a custom wood plank that we designed to mimic our white-washed cedar siding on the front exterior of our house. So, the wood and white ornaments on the tree blend in nicely. The beauty of rustic glam trees is mixing the wood ornaments with the sparkly and glitzy ornaments. For a bit of sparkle, glittered leaves and glass bulbs in silver, gold or an antique finish are my favorites. Fancy pine cones, wooden trees and fuzzy presents are great additions to bring in the rustic.

I also love the look of layered tree skirts to bring in different textures.

There are so many options out there to design your perfect rustic glam tree.Β I hope you have enjoyed these snaps of how I designed mine.Β

Happy decorating πŸŽ„
